Delivery Details

Our delivery company will ensure your order is delivered on the requested date and time. We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure the best possible shipping service. However, we regret that delays may occasionally occur which are outside our control. Whilst we make every effort to ensure your goods are delivered by the agreed delivery schedule, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

We deliver in Central London - Zones 1 and 2 (please click here for Zones 1 and 2 references on a map).

When will I receive my order?
At the checkout, you will be prompted to select your desired delivery day and time. Please note that we deliver Monday - Saturday (Bank Holidays are excluded).

How much is the delivery?
A delivery cost of £15 for Zone 1 and £20.00 for Zone 2 applies to all orders.
